Please join us in February for a combination watercolor and 3D exhibit Grants for Artists Workshop Kenai River Council of the Arts is holding a “Grants for Artists Workshop,” presented by Victoria Lord, representing the Rasmuson Foundation. The workshop will run from 9AM to 4PM on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at Kenai Peninsula College.
